Hi, I recently ordered a Trail Light Belt that arrived less than one week ago from when I sent my first email to your support email. On 5/20 at 10:30PM the slip lok on the webbing that holds the dogs broke while my dogs were attached to it.

I have a 50 lb and 30 lb dog and your website states that these belts can hold up to 300kg. This was a very dangerous situation that occurred and thankfully my dogs are safe; however, due to the severity of the circumstances I would like a refund for this belt.

Please feel free to reach out to me at (347) 705-****. I have already sent an email and received an automated email with request [11300] however I have not heard back since I sent the email on 5/20.
